Description
This Bosch 48-inch 800 Series induction range pairs a 7-element induction cooktop, including a best-in-class 5.5 kW element and two CombiZone-capable elements, with a dual-oven cavity for extra cooking flexibility. The 5.4 cu. ft. main oven offers 9 cooking modes, including Air Fry, Convection Multi-Rack, Pizza, and true Convection Bake with a third heating element and rear fan, while a 2 cu. ft. auxiliary oven adds a second cavity for smaller dishes or simultaneous cooking. The frameless, edge-to-edge glass cooktop wipes clean easily and heats cookware directly, cooking faster than gas or electric while staying cool to the touch. Catalytic and steam-assisted cleaning keep both oven cavities easier to maintain, and full-extension telescopic racks in the main oven give smooth access to heavy dishes. The QuietClose door closes gently instead of slamming, and an ergonomic tilted display keeps the controls easy to read while cooking.

FASTER COOKING WITH INDUCTION
When you place a pan on an induction cooktop and turn it on, an electric current travels through a coiled copper wire, which produces and applies heat directly to your pan. Heating the cookware directly prevents heat loss (plus, the area surrounding your pan remains cool to the touch). You'll also notice the ease of clean-up.
