This Bosch 30-inch 500 Series induction range brings 4 induction elements to the cooktop, with two 2,300 W power elements up front for fast, efficient heating. The frameless, edge-to-edge glass cooktop heats cookware directly, cooking faster than gas or electric while staying cool to the touch and wiping clean with a simple wipe. The 4.7 cu. ft. oven offers 9 cooking modes, including Air Fry, Convection Multi-Rack, Pizza, and true Convection Bake with a third heating element and rear fan for even, golden results no matter where the pan sits. Broil mode uses intense heat from the upper element for a proper char and sear, and a steam-assisted cleaning cycle helps keep the oven cavity easier to maintain.

FASTER COOKING WITH INDUCTION
When you place a pan on an induction cooktop and turn it on, an electric current travels through a coiled copper wire, which produces and applies heat directly to your pan. Heating the cookware directly prevents heat loss (plus, the area surrounding your pan remains cool to the touch). You'll also notice the ease of clean-up.
EASY TO CLEAN GLASS SURFACE
The glass surface cleans easily with a simple wipe compared to gas cooktops, so keeping your cooktop sparkling clean is easy and convenient.
AIR FRY: USES CONVECTION FANS TO RAPIDLY CIRCULATE DRY, HOT AIR
Air Fry uses convection fans to rapidly circulate dry, hot air so you can achieve crispy, delicious results — without the use of added oils in traditional frying.

A third heating element in the back and a fan circulates heat evenly so you get evenly golden results no matter where you place your pan.
